Policies & Regulations


  • We reserve the right to change the operating hours, the available equipment, and all rules and regulations at any time and from time to time.
  • Use equipment responsibly and only as designed.
  • Use a sweat towel or towelette to wipe equipment before and after use.
  • No-one else may use your access tag and you may not admit non-members to the facility.
  • Access will be denied should your membership not be in good standing due to nonpayment or otherwise.
  • Access and use of the facility are prohibited whilst under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs and/or performance- enhancing drugs.
  • You may not bring alcohol or drugs into our gym.
  • Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere in the facility.
  • You may not use foul, loud, offensive or abusive language.
  • You may not physically/sexually/verbally abuse or harass other members, guests, visitors, tenants or members of staff.
  • Do not use cameras or video while in the facility.
  • You may not commit any acts which are offensive, foul, hostile or inflammatory.
  • You will be liable for any loss or damage caused by you or your guests.
  • Only one individual is allowed in a shower cubicle at any one time.
  • Appropriate exercise clothing and closed toe training shoes must be worn.
  • No food, beverage or bags are allowed on the gym floor.
  • You may only use plastic or metal drinking bottles on the gym floor.


  • In the event of a fire or other emergency, please evacuate the facility immediately and in a proper, safe manner.
  • Follow the health and safety notices displayed throughout the gym.
  • Do not tamper with fire doors or any safety devices.
  • Be aware of the different floor surfaces as you move throughout the gym.
  • As ongoing cleaning and maintenance does take place, related tools and equipment may be hazardous, and some floor surfaces may be wet and/or slippery. Proceed with caution.
  • Please report all injuries/incidents and/or any hazards to management, via email at info@fitonmarket.com.
  • Please report any suspicious or dangerous situations.


  • Lockers are provided solely to store your clothing, personal belongings and gym gear while working out and while showering. All items must be removed from your locker when you leave the gym.
  • You are required to bring your own lock for the locker.

Personal Items

  • Do not leave your personal belongings unattended and unsecured at any time.
  • Management reserves the right to open a locker, if we have reasonable grounds that it is being used for storage of anything other than your clothing, other personal belongings and gym gear.
  • Personal belongings may not be left in a locker overnight. If left, the lock may be cut and destroyed, and the belongings held as lost property.
  • Do not suppose that the use of a locker will guarantee that theft of, or damage to your property, will not occur. Fit On Market is not responsible for any loss or theft of money or loss or damage to personal belongings of members or their guests whether locked in a locker or otherwise.
  • It is your responsibility to check if your personal insurance covers you for loss of personal effects.


  • This service is available only during the posted gym operational hours.
  • One shower towel is allocated per member per session.
  • Please deposit used towels in the receptable marked for towels located in or near the locker rooms.

  • If you have an immediate concern or maintenance emergency, please call the Facility Control Room by dialing 717-238-2726.
